Day 01:- Wayanad

Depart from Mysore by 5.00am Reach Wayanad at 8.30am. After freshup and breakfast visit Banasura Dam. Considered to be the largest earth dam in India. After noon visit Kuruva island, The Kuruva Island with 950 acres of evergreen forest lies on one of the tributaries of the Kabini. Day 02:- Wayanad

After breakfast trek to Chembra Peak with a packed lunch. At 2100 metres, the spectacular Chembra Peak located towards the southern part of Wayanad, it is the tallest summit in the region. Climbing this peak is a challenging mountaineering endeavor and would take a full day. Afternoon Visit Pookode Lake. Set in a beautiful valley and surrounded by evergreen forests and wooded hills, Pookode is one of Wayanad’s top visitor draws. This natural lake near to Lakkidi is just a short distance off the National Highway 212. Spend few minutes at Lakkidi View Point Proceed back to your hotel for the overnight stay. Day 03:- Wayanad

After breakfast visit Edakkal Caves. An interesting trek up the Ambukuthi Hill near Ambalavayal town takes you to the fascinating neolithic cave site of Edakkal. Etchings found on the walls of these caves have drawn the serious attention of archaeologists and historians worldwide. Afternoon visit Soochippara Waterfalls or Muthanga wild Life sanctuary. it is a rain forest reserve connected to two other major sanctuaries: Bandipur National Park in Karnataka and Mudumalai Sanctuary in Tamil Nadu. Evening Depart to Mysore at 4.PM.
