With such profuse and varied flora, this region hosts several rare herbs and medicinal plants.  Animals species include Elephant,Tiger,  Leopards, Gaur, Sambar, Cheetal, Barking Deer, Hanuman Langur and Slender Loris. the same time this place is the home of uncommon birds and insects. Evening make a night walk through the Muthanga Forest

Overnight at Wayanad

After breakfast proceed for a trucking in Chembra Peak. At 2100 metres, the spectacular Chembra Peak located towards the southern part of Wayanad is the tallest summit in the region. Climbing this peak is a challenging mountaineering endeavor and would take half of the day. Heart shaped lake on the middle of the peak is the main attraction of this place. Evening make a visit in Lakkidi View Point.

After Kuruvadweep proceed to visit Tholpetty wildlife Sanctuary. Tholpetty reserve is situated along the northern ridge of the district bordering Coorg in Karnataka.
