You can find the lake halfway to the peak, after getting to the lake you need to trek another halfway, which is through the dense trees of about two km. after trekking in Chembra visit Pookode lake. After breakfast drive Kuruvadweep. Kuruva is a small island laid in the tributaries  of Kabani river with an area of 950 acres. There you can find the collection of rere types orchids and herbs. After visit in Kuruva move to visit Banasura Sagar Dam. It is the second largest earth dam in the Asia. Tourist can enjoy boating in the dam. This dam have an area of 61 km.
